Both good and bad. They have very nice cars, but they have all been in an accident of some type, so you need to do your research on the vehicle. After 4 days of having the car, I started to get low oil warnings, and the dealership is almost 3 hours round trip, so it wasn't even worth calling them and driving up there. They also charge you a fee for fixing the car and getting it ready for the new owner, so that is really unacceptable. This is also the first time that I've bought a car, and the dealer didn't fill the gas tank ( how cheap can you be when someone is dropping 30k at your dealership.) They went to put gas in the car, and it came back with under half a tank.. I was too tired to bother with it after 6 hours there. I'm also starting to find items in the interior that I'll have to fix on my own.. again, they charge you a fee on top of the cost of the car to recondition it! The sales guy and the finance guy were nice enough, really, the dealership is the issue and they wont have me back as a customer. More

Great service, great car, great follow through When I started looking for a used car, I searched for dealers that had the car I wanted, a 2018 Honda HR-V. Alpha Motorsports in Manassas had one; so When I started looking for a used car, I searched for dealers that had the car I wanted, a 2018 Honda HR-V. Alpha Motorsports in Manassas had one; so did four other dealers. I checked out dealer reputations at DealerRater.com and saw almost all good ratings for Alpha Motorsports, but enough negative ratings that I was concerned. I'm normally skeptical of 5-star ratings. I read every 1-star rating. I contacted Ameed and set up a test drive at the end of the day. The car was ready and I took the drive by myself for 30 minutes. I loved it, but wanted to test drive another car at another dealer the next night. In the end, Ameed gave me a good deal; better than the others, so I bought it. The paperwork was quickly done -- Ameed did it himself and also helped me return my rental car -- and I was surprised he took a personal check for $22K. The car has been perfect, but I expected that as it only had 6500 miles on it. I've only had it for a month, but all is good. Believe the good ratings and comments about Ameed. First class service and no games. The only negative was the car came with just one key fob, but it did come with new rubber floor mats (including the rear cargo area) in addition to the cloth mats on the floor, so that was a plus. Shop at Alpha Motorsports without fear. REVIEW UPDATE: It may just be a fortunate coincidence for me, but a week after I posted this review, Alpha Motorsports called and said they had just gotten the missing key fob from the previous owner, who traded this car in for a BMW four months ago. They immediately sent the fob to me by Priority Mail. That was very nice of them to do. I will try to send back the new, unprogrammed key fob I just bought for $100. I wish they had gotten the old key fob from the previous owner two weeks ago! ;-) More
