WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! I wouldnt even give a 1 star Worst dealership!! AJ was a nice guy but that is about as far as any good goes. Sold us a complete lemon and although we expressed all of the major mechanical issues almost immediately after purchasing this vehicle, they had no concern and no cooperation. We have owned the vehicle 2 months and have had to put about $1000 into it, which is our cost after the warranty company paid their portion. We expressed how we have not even been able to drive the vehicle due to it being in the shop and that we would like to return the vehicle and buy something else. Shak informed me that he lost money on the deal because with the amount they paid at the auction and the transportation fees they sold it to me for less than what they paid for it but that he would give me kbb value trade in for the vehicle and offer me another vehicle for sale. Like I would actually do business with them again. He wanted to offer between $10,000-$11,000 for a vehicle he sold to me for $18,000 two months ago that has been in the shop for 6 of the 8 weeks it has been in my possession. They do NOT care at all about their customers nor do they care at all about the quality of the vehicle they sell. They have an onsite mechanic which must just be for show as clearly these vehicles do not get tested. He was extremely rude, raised his voice and spoke down to me as if I was an idiot. He even called and spoke with the garage, which is the garage that their warranty company stated we should take it too, to get confirmation that the vehicle had been in the shop and the extensive work that has been done yet he still had zero desire to do anything to help his customer. So this is they type of place that our USAA members are directed too, what kind of "giving back" product services is this for our men and women that serve this country so that these xxxxxxxx can swoop in here "freely" and rip people off!! I am absolutely beside myself and will do all that I can to help save another person the dreadful disaster of doing business with Alpha Motorsports!! More

Dishonest but friendly I bought my car a few weeks ago from this dealership. The first red flag was that I paid to hold my car as I live three hours away from the dealershi I bought my car a few weeks ago from this dealership. The first red flag was that I paid to hold my car as I live three hours away from the dealership, but after reading some reviews online became a little nervous about their holding process so asked my sister to call and see if it was available for her to test drive. They said it was. I called back to ask them how they could tell someone else it was available if they had accepted $500 from me to hold this vehicle and was assured this was a misunderstanding and that they would not sell it out from under me. It had a clean carfax (which I verified myself) and only one previous owner. I should have looked at it much closer (it looked beautiful and clean) because after I bought it and took it to a local shop for a look over they said it had clearly been in a car accident and repainted. Apparently when fleet cars are in accidents, they usually pay cash to fix and it doesn't get reported to the CarFax. Additionally, the low price you see on the internet is only if you pay upfront, not if you finance. With all their hidden fees (and the fact that my car has been in an accident) it starts to look like less of a good deal. They also tried to push a warranty pretty hard (which I declined) and was later told by my local shop that my car is still covered for another 20,000 miles under its original warranty. All in all, they were plenty friendly but not particularly honest and I would have had a better feeling about the situation if I'd gone elsewhere. I do love my car, despite its previous accident, but I won't go there again. More

He went above and beyond to get me a great deal, and also my finance terms working along with john (John the finance manager got me the lowest interest rate of 2.4 and low monthly payment, thanks john) This car was a steal paying 7k below blue book with all the bells and whistles. He was not pushy as other salesman that we have dealt with over the last weeks and was very knowledgable. The whole process of purchasing the car went smoothly with Jason informing us of every step - registration, liscencing, our part to complete since we were from Maryland and recently moved to the country. Don't be fooled about the size or look of the dealership as you arrive. They may not be as big as the ones across from them but the cars are excellent, in good condition, great price but most importantly the customer service you get is top quality making the whole process a breeze!
