We needed a truck last minute for our business and they had one in stock. We purchased it in March of 2022 when all of the dealer markup bullcrap was going on and they didn't have any of that which is why had one in stock. The sales staff was excellent. Rubin and Jack were very helpful and patient. The finance staff, not so much. I had to wait over two hours for them to do the paperwork for a new Rubin and Jack were very helpful and patient. The finance staff, not so much. I had to wait over two hours for them to do the paperwork for a new car cash deal. No financing required. The dealership needs to hire more financing staff in order to speed up the process. More
