I had tried to contact several other dealerships in the area and was treated like an outsider as I was transferring from CA to AK within 2 weeks. Shane was willing to work with me and made the whole process super easy. He understood that I was under a lot of stress (family coming up later, 3000 mi move and it being ALASKA!!!) and did all he could do, and then some, to make it easy for me. Not to mention, we handled the whole process over the phone!!! Shane and Genaro had the car and paperwork ready for me the day I arrived in AK.
