I preordered a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from this dealership back in September 2023. The vehicle came to the dealership on or about the 14 of February. The original salesperson was not available that I ordered the Jeep through, so Matthew Stanbro and Oliver Petrykievicz rose to the challenge. Matthew and Oliver made short work to ensure my purchase and process ran smoothly in less than 12hours prior to me coming in. It took roughly 1 hour and some change to complete my purchase of and drive off the lot with my Jeep (which included the inspection and trade in of my old Wrangler). Matt and Oliver could not have given me any better of an experience or representation of that dealership. Amazing and efficient at their jobs is an understatement. James Vittone gave me the absolute best service that I could have asked for from a Finance Expert and Advisor. He gave me the best plan and warranty for the use of my Jeep for the next 10 years. All above names mentioned went above and beyond for my service, and are clearly masters of their craft. Thank you so much for making my experience at this dealership the absolute best it could be. I had a great buying experience with Robbie Dixon. Upon delivery in August 2023 there were factory issues which were unable to be corrected at the dealership level. Robbie without any disagreement or argument made it right and reordered another unit. Unit arrived in February 2024 and I accepted deliver and couldn’t be happier with the sales experience. As someone who’s purchased numerous vehicles, I can honestly appreciate the level of personal service and no xx transaction that I experienced. I not only would recommend others to specifically work with Robbie, but also when it is my time to invest in another vehicle he will be my first call. Now, what happens next is out of his control, but I can only hope after sales service from the parts and service department can maintain my highest regards. More

The dealer website is misleading. Right now they are offering some 2023 vehicles at good prices, and it says 3.9% Apr on those vehicles. They do seem to have decent Alaska prices, but I don’t like how they show all the “perks” but you don’t qualify (first responder discount) or can’t combine. More
