Steve was very knowledgable about the Ram trucks and was able to show us the truck we were looking for. We got a good trade-in on our 2002 Ram and that process was easy as well. Once we decided on a truck the process went fast and easy! The sales rep as well as the finance rep explained everything that was going to happen in the paperwork and financing process. The finance rep was very good about explaining all the paperwork we signed and was very knowledgable about the warranties they had to offer.
