I had to give them a 1 to write this otherwise it would be a negative. My check engine light came on in July, they ordered a part it didn't come in until October. I understand not being able to get a par be a negative. My check engine light came on in July, they ordered a part it didn't come in until October. I understand not being able to get a part, but they didn't communicate with me. Every time I received an update I called the service center. After installing the part in October, two days later the check engine light came on again. I got an appointment from the advisor who later asked the rental clerk to cancel it for me. After getting the appointment, and turning over my car, they never answered the phone and would not give me updates. My husband had to go stand in JUSTIN GREENS face to find out what was wrong with my car. The next guy up said the lack of communication was due to lack of parts...are the parts hooked to the advisors mouths. Why can't they call or text or email, "your part is not in, checking for update" and then actually give the update. You see you can only use the lack of manufacture parts for so much. The BBB, this site and I am sure others all say the same thing, your customer service is terrible, the communication is nonexistent, and your service people would rather lie then do their job. The problem of lack of communication from their service department is going to catch up with Anchorage Chrysler Jeep and when it does it is going to effect your bottom line, maybe then someone other than the service managers and advisors (part of the problem) will deal with it. More
