I took my nearly 6-year-old KIA Amanti to Ancira KIA in 12/10 after Goodyear advised me that the suspension system was already going bad and said although the 5 year warranty had recently expired, the deal 12/10 after Goodyear advised me that the suspension system was already going bad and said although the 5 year warranty had recently expired, the dealership should by all rights comp the repairs, based on the low mileage (less than 60k). Goodyear gave me a written estimate citing the needed repairwork, and I took it to Ancira KIA, per their advice. I delivered the repair estimate to KIA and explained that Goodyear had told me to go there first, to see if Ancira would get the needed repairs done at no additional expense. The service center at Ancira KIA kept my car for 3 full days before I was finally informed that NONE of the repairs would be covered-- AND tben Ancira charged me nearly a hundred dollars-- for nothing more than the privilege of being without my car for half of my work week. Obviously, had I known Ancira KIA would not stand behind their product-- the car they sold me-- I would never have bought a KIA. Had I known they were going to charge me $100 and refuse to do any of the needed repairs Goodyear had already identified, I would have saved my money and put it towards getting the repairs done at Goodyear. I was utterly disgusted by the callous disregard Ancira KIA demonstrated and will NEVER go back there, not for service nor sales! More
Searched the internet for a kia rio5 and several dealers came on screen. After a couple of emails and one phone call with Jerry, I had an offer from Jerry. Since I didn't have a car, Jerry came to my house and picked up both me and my wife and drove us to Ancira kia. I met Joe who filled out the paperwork and then a quick trip to chat with Diego and it was all over. This whole thing happened without stepping inside of a showroom, until we signed the papers. Best new car purchase experience in history. Purchasing a car on the internet may sound tricky, but believe me, with Ancira on the other end, it was a snap. Just know what you want in the first place. More

When I went more than twenty-four hours without faxing them a form they requested, they (Gary) contacted my boss at work and lied to him saying I never contacted them back. Luckily for me my boss listened to my side of the story and could see right through the guy. Will NEVER go back to this place again! Gary in finance-rude as can be! More
By far, the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I’m 53 years old and have bought many new cars)! They showed me an awesome KIA Optima EX and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. Including driving off the lot that day with my new car. The whole process was no haggle, they provided great financing (and beat my own credit union rate by a bunch), I got what I was happy for with my trade-ins (on two cars) and had the best salesman, finance manager and internet manager I've ever dealt with. I drove off the same day with a better price in a luxury EX version (loaded) for a lesser interest rate and better monthly payment than I was expecting for a plain entry level LX version. I would highly recommend USAA's Auto Circle, Ancira KIA and especially with speaking with Big Will. Great folks all in all at Ancira. I plan on writing the owner to express my extreme satisfaction with my car and this car buying experience. HAVING SECOND THOUGHTS NOW ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE. My family suggested I use Legend but they literally stalked me until I came to look at cars. My husband and I received 15 e-mails and 6 phone calls. We used the online coupon without any problem. We are very pleased. Stay clear from Legend, unless you really like the constant contact and urging. More

My dad and I were searching for a new vehicle for me to start fresh with and I was looking at the 2011 Kia Sportage and the 2011 Hyundai Tucson. I had read amazing reviews about Ancira Kia and we decided start fresh with and I was looking at the 2011 Kia Sportage and the 2011 Hyundai Tucson. I had read amazing reviews about Ancira Kia and we decided to make a quick trip to Ancira Kia on 410 to check out the Sportage. When we arrived I noticed a bunch of 2011 Kia Soul's in the lot. I decided to test drive the Soul and immediately fell in love with the vehicle. I have been in an SUV for a while, so I definitely wanted a vehicle with some room. The Kia Soul is so roomy inside and it is a really cute car. When we walked to the front we told one of the salesmen that we have been speaking with Jerry and Will. Both Jerry and Will immediate came out to meet us. Will introduced himself and immediately ran back to get both the vehicles I had previously spoken to him about. Even though Will was working several things at the time, he still came on the a test drive with us and gave us his full attention. When we returned on Sunday to get my car appraised, Will dedicated all his time to us. He worked with my dad and I on a good price for my trade-in and a good price for my 2011 Kia Soul. We had gone to another dealer on Saturday and in the amount of time that dealer took to get a quote - Will had all the paperwork together and I had the keys in my hands. We were so pleased at how quick and easy Will made the process. I will definitely continue to come back to this Kia dealer to get my maintenance. The people at this dealer were so warm and welcoming.
