My story starts with Roxanne, she was friendly over the phone and she even answered the two questions that I had for her, in order for me to purchase a new vehicle. Then, we were greeted by Gary who assisted with transaction who also was friendly and helpful with our task of purchasing. Through out the time we were there we were educated with all sensors and swithes that the vehicle has,very professional of them to go to the extreme of hands on training on benefits of this vehicle. They even programmed our phones for us, so to them we Thank for all the curtious and helpful quality of service they provided. More
Having car problems is stressful enough, but add to that, being 300 miles away from home during a limited Christmas vacation and not knowing WHERE to go for help?!! After doing a little research on-line, I'm SO glad I decided to bring my car to Ancira Kia. They were fantastic from the initial contact! Charles in the Service Dept. was VERY pleasant to work with... understanding, professional and HONEST! Not only did they take care of my problem quickly, but they ALSO noticed a problem with my headlights (which I was NOT aware of) and replaced both assemblies, FREE OF CHARGE under the manufacturer's warranty!! I was pleasantly surprised & VERY GRATEFUL! Ever since I picked-up my car on New Year's Eve, I've been singing the praises of Ancira Kia's EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you so much! More
My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. We noticed that Ancira Kia had some cars on sale. We decided to go by Ancira to test drive the vehicle (Soul). We were met by "Big Will". He is friendly, NOT pushy, knowledgable, and just a great car salesperson. I wish all car salespersons were like him. Without a doubt, if I need another vehicle, is will seek him out. The finance dept. at other dealers has always been a source of displeasure for me. However, Chris and Diego were the best. They were friendly, willing to work with me, for example my check from the insurance company was slow, they said no problem!!. To my surprise, they beat my expectations of what interest rate I thought I could get. Then they called and said, we found another lower rate. WOW. Who does this? Jerry in the internet dept, great. Gary, also great. I just can't say enough good about this dealer. I recommend them to anyone. More
I purchased a new Kia from the Ancira Kia dealership. My sales rep Eddie Conde was extremely professional and helpful. He made the sales process easy and painless. I had just had a much less satisfactory experience at another dealer, from which I walked away without buying the car I had chosen. My experience at Ancira Kia was just the opposite--I felt respected as customer, and was not pressured to purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and Eddie Conde to anyone interested in buying a car. More

I began emailing Richard when I saw the new Sorento on the Kia website. He was quick with an internet quote and information. Unfortunately, we are from out of town and his dealership was closed when we ma the Kia website. He was quick with an internet quote and information. Unfortunately, we are from out of town and his dealership was closed when we made a run to SA to see one in person. After spending some time at the other dealership, we were excited about the Kia but not so much with where we would buy from. We decided to wait and give Ancira a chance at our business. Richard continued to respond my questions and later the next week we had an opportunity to meet Rodney and close the deal on a Snowflake Sorento. Rodney was patient, helpful and made it a pretty painless experience. (We buy new about every 10 years) The business officer was great in explaining finance options we walked away feeling like we were treated fairly. As for the Sorento, it's been great. Maybe I'll get around to replacing that Jetta one of these days. More
Richard, the internet manager, answered my E-mail request for a test drive of the new 2011 Sorento in a timely manner. Upon my arrival at the dealership he showed me the several LX and EX models available a for a test drive of the new 2011 Sorento in a timely manner. Upon my arrival at the dealership he showed me the several LX and EX models available and took me for a test drive in the dreary rain. Ivan took me for a test drive of the Kia Soul. Both gentlemen were courteous and knowledgeable. Very nice experience the first day. I decided to purchase the Sorento on the second day. Ivan went over all the safety features, interior, and exterior features and explained each thoroughly. He answered all my questions in a very amiable manner. He was in no rush. He even set up my bluetooth. Even with the pouring rain it was quite an enjoyable experience with Ivan. In less than two hours, I left the Ancira dealership as a satisfied customer in my beautiful new 2011, American-made Kia Sorento. More
