Easy and nonpressured to buy a vehicle Never felt pressured to make a purchase. They were fair with a trade in value and I walked away in a new vehicle. Johnny did not disappoint! My expectations were far exceeded! Not only did they find my dream Jeep, they did it on a time-crunch! Buying a new car wasn't something I had planned My expectations were far exceeded! Not only did they find my dream Jeep, they did it on a time-crunch! Buying a new car wasn't something I had planned on doing this year (or even next year!), therefore I had absolutely no specifics in mind. So, when an unexpected accident left me without a vehicle, I found myself in a pinch (and with a serious time-limit) before my rental-car insurance coverage expired. Johnny G. and his team made the overwhelming stress of that accident much less painful by doing the "dirty work" for me, searching high-and-low for the best deal, all while working around my night-shift schedule and a 72-hour timeframe! I can't imagine how much "behind-the scenes" work was put into meeting my picky standards, but it was SO appreciated! Johnny felt like family from the second we met him, and Keith gave me invaluable financial advice that I hadn't even considered. These guys are the real deal! More

Ridiculous 3rd purchase from an Anderson dealership, 3rd bad experience. I wish I had more good things to say about my experience at Anderson Dodge but unfortuna 3rd purchase from an Anderson dealership, 3rd bad experience. I wish I had more good things to say about my experience at Anderson Dodge but unfortunately that list begins and ends with the salesman Josh. I will say he worked hard to get the deal done and was very professional to deal with. Now onto to the bad. The vehicle had a new engine installed and came with a 3 year, 100K mile warranty. I was told I would receive paperwork about this to prove it was covered and have received nothing. I specifically asked if the brakes had been done after they took it in and was assured they had. Yet I haven’t made my first payment yet and the front ones are squealing signaling the pads need to be replaced. Within a week of buying my vehicle I noticed the emergency brake cable was hanging extremely low. I took it in and received a call saying it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the cable was hanging just as low as it was before (4-6 inches below the frame rail). When I questioned this, they tried to tell me that it is meant to hang that low. When I pointed out that I install this part at a auto manufacturer as my job 40 hours a week, he changed his tune and made a 2nd appointment the next day to get it fixed properly. I said at that time that I did not have 2 hours to wait there the next day and was assured that it would not be nearly that long. The next day it proceeded to take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get this repaired making me late to my daughters event. No less than 20 miles after leaving the dealership, my check engine light came on. I had it scanned the next day and it said very small emissions leak or loose gas cap (code could be either). I purchased the new gas cap and reset the code. Within 5 miles, the check engine light came back on with the same code. The next step was to locate and replace the EVAP System Integrity Module. When I located it, much to my surprise, the electrical connection was not only disconnected but the wire was also tucked behind the canister. I spoke to mechanic friends, part vendors who deal with this specific part, and a repair guy that repairs this part and all of them said if it was disconnected or malfunctioned it would trigger a check engine light within 20 miles. I was also told by one of them that he has seen technicians that are “irritated with a customer” disconnect this module to send them on a wild goose chase of parts, time and money. There is absolutely no way this part came unplugged by itself and managed to tuck itself behind another part. It was done intentionally and the only person who was underneath my car in the timeframe works in the Anderson Dodge garage. Avoid this place at all costs. If Josh ever goes somewhere else, I would work with him again but Anderson will never get my business again and if anyone ever asks about this place I will dissuade them from going there. More

Purchase of 2019 Wrangler Rubicon JL Purchased a new 2019 Wrangler Rubicon JL. Salesman - Zagit "Z" for short, excellent service... "Z" was very patient, it took us from before Christmas Purchased a new 2019 Wrangler Rubicon JL. Salesman - Zagit "Z" for short, excellent service... "Z" was very patient, it took us from before Christmas until end of January to decide what we wanted for options etc...We've bought 3 new Wranglers and a Cherokee at other dealerships & had some bad experiences with salesman not wanting to gives us what we wanted but trying to sell us something else. We were leary but Z assured us he had no problem selling us "exactly" what we wanted. To make this long story short he did exactly that. Best experience yet & the finance/business manager Keith was just as professional. The numbers we were quoted didn't change once we sat down to sign (had that happen in the past). Keith had some great advice multiple options & no pressure at all. What more can you ask? Finally driving off with a new vehicle & no regrets & feeling good! P. S. Manager Bill Williams was also very helpful dealing with Chrysler in getting us a loyal customer discount! More
If you’re a woman don’t bother I brought my Jeep in for repairs and was not treated fairly by the service department. When questioning my bill I was told I requested for unnecessary I brought my Jeep in for repairs and was not treated fairly by the service department. When questioning my bill I was told I requested for unnecessary parts to be repaired and ended up having to pay for them. Also, the spare key fob I needed made, didn’t work and was missing a part. The car wouldn’t register it and I needed to make another trip in there to have it fixed. I spoke to the GM who told me that the service guy and myself “had a personality mismatch”. I nor my concerns were taken seriously. If it were my husband that brought the Jeep in he wouldn’t have been dismissed as I was trying to explain what was wrong. The service guy actually took his hand, waived it, dismissing me when I expressed concern on a traction control light that came on and wouldn’t go off. So to all women driving Jeeps that need repair- take it somewhere else. Let my experience save you the hassle and disappointment I experienced. More
