I initially found a white Jeep Wrangler that I made an appointment to check out. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike met us at the door and instantly connected with my son over a video game he was play appointment to check out. Mike was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, kind and overall just a great person to work with. We test drove the white Jeep and after looking it over and talking about why I was looking for a different car, Mike immediately had another Jeep that fit what I was looking for in mind. He helped coordinate what my trade in was worth and what payments would look like for each Jeep. He helped make the decision easy and find something newer with less miles for the same payment. I cannot say enough good things about the service provider at Anderson. Mike really connected with my kids (4& & 7) and made being at a dealership for a few hours fun for them. I walked out the same day with my new Jeep keys in hand and the top off ready to drive home. They made sure to do a detail and fill it up with gas before we left the lot.
