My Sales Representative, John Fager, gave me the time needed to make my decision to obtain the vehicle I actually wanted. There was no pressure to settle for what was immediately available. Where do I start? One of my work vehicles was totaled in a wreck so I was on the hunt for a good used one. Found a listing online so I called the dealer and I was fort One of my work vehicles was totaled in a wreck so I was on the hunt for a good used one. Found a listing online so I called the dealer and I was fortunate enough to get Mike on the phone. Within the hour I had an out the door price in writing sent to me via text message and email. Mike even went out in the snow to get me a few extra pictures! Originally I was going to get financing through my bank but they ended up nitpicking tiny details and complicating the whole process. Mike called in his finance guy, Keith, who made a few calls and was able to get me a slightly better deal through his contact, WITH THE VERY SAME BANK! All this while keeping their word on the original estimate they provided. They even knocked off $600 to sweeten the deal and to make sure everything worked out perfectly! Mike and the team at Anderson believe in being straightforward and upfront with their customers which makes them trustworthy and dependable. Not once did I get that sleazy car dealer salesman vibe from anyone I delt with. I never felt pressured. In fact, they waited patiently for almost 2 weeks while I shopped around for auto loans. After working out all the numbers, I flew into Chicago (from Arkansas) where Mike had Trish pick my wife and I up from the airport. Trish was an awesome conversationist and made the 1 hour ride feel quick and easy. When at got to the dealer, Mike was outside sending off another happy customer in their new car. I'm not kidding when I say that we were in and out in less than 1 hour. It took a little over 45 mins to sign paperwork and drive off the lot. Most of our time there was spent chatting with Mike and Keith. They had everything ready to go and we drove off the lot in a fully detailed, fully gassed up and great smelling RAM ProMaster City at an unbeatable price (I searched nationwide and no one had a better deal). Just do yourself a favor and go to Anderson for your next car. Ask for Mike and just let him take care of you. You won't be disappointed. More
