Tranmission replacement under warranty My past experiences with Anderson Toyota have all been excellent or good. Consequently, I have given them an overall rating of good. However, I woul My past experiences with Anderson Toyota have all been excellent or good. Consequently, I have given them an overall rating of good. However, I would rate my most recent experience as fair primarily because of a lack of communication. I took my 2014 RAV-4 in for a transmission leak and ultimately had to have the transmission replaced. As far as I can tell a week later, they did a good job with the replacement, that is not my complaint. I am upset that I was not "kept in the loop" about the problem and what had to be done to correct it. When I called them, I received updates but not once was I contacted by the service manager regarding what was wrong or how many days it would take to repair. This was the case even though I specifically asked to have him call to update me on what was wrong and why it was taking longer than expected. A simple phone call would have gone a long way in changing my evaluation from fair to excellent More

The Anderson team went above and beyond to put me into the truck I needed. Kim Rizvi is an example for the rest of the car dealers in the Stateline area to look towards. He remained patient and determined to find just the right vehicle to fit my financial needs. Ken Norwood took me through the finances and explained everything in detail, all while making me comfortable (not an easy task when dealing with $$). The rest of the team stepped in as needed to make myself and my family feel welcomed and valued. My 7 year old daughter still talks about "the nice man who showed me how they get the cars in the building". The facilities are top notch and very inviting. I think I may have found my favorite dealership. More
