Tire fixed quickly I brought in my Scion to have a tire fixed or replaced (as the tire had produced low-pressure warnings). Dave has always listened to me and gave me the chance to express my thoughts; he made it very easy and pleasant experience. I bought a used 2015 Lexus GX460 from Rockford Lexus. Dave was very respectful when I gave him my offer; he never turned down my offer, he always say let us work out this with smile on his face. I told Dave that I don’t believe in usury due to my faith, with no hesitation and total respect to my needs; he told the finance person to take care of it by buying the interest upfront and show 0% on the sales contract. Even the interest rate I asked for, he was able to grant me what I have asked for. When it came to trade-in my older car, Dave asked me how much I need, with all respect and no hesitation he granted me what I asked for in my older car. I intend to go every Saturday for the free car wash at the Lexus dealership, which is a plus especially during the winter season. Dave always meets me with a smile and chat with me while waiting for my car wash.
