2 Recalls on a 2009 Rav4 We went in to have a recall taken care of and to have an inspection done for a possible 2nd recall. Our Toyota has had a "growl" for about 1-1/2 years We went in to have a recall taken care of and to have an inspection done for a possible 2nd recall. Our Toyota has had a "growl" for about 1-1/2 years and we couldn't figure out the source of the problem. Upon the inspection of the car, Brock determined that the growl was because of the recall and promptly ordered the parts, and the next week we brought it in to have it fixed and now it drives perfectly quiet!!! Brock was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend him!! More
Good People! So my car died last week, I had not been to a dealership in 12 years. I live very close to this dealership and I drive by everyday. To be honest from the looks of his beautiful showroom I thought it might be a little to snooty for my husband and I to do business with. Well we met Mike Sartino and Ken Norwood, two of the nicest guys you ever want to meet. Mike listened to us ,got to know us and shattered the fear and stress of having to buy a car. Ken Norwood closed the deal seamlessly, he was patient even though they were short staffed and he had to get to an event for his Dad last night. I have a beautiful new 2015 Camry ,that I love. Overall, great. But....beware! I recently purchased a Toyota Camry that I LOVE. We worked with Scott Dooly, who was PHENOMENAL, to say the least! He was extremely knowledgeable and I recently purchased a Toyota Camry that I LOVE. We worked with Scott Dooly, who was PHENOMENAL, to say the least! He was extremely knowledgeable and caring, and he listened to our concerns and what we were looking for. He was with us the entire time, even after his job was done. When we got to the part of financing, at first Ken seemed alright. He got the deal done fast and ushered us out the door. After we left, we found out that ALL of the paperwork was wrong! He had put a guy on my contract, title, and registration that I don't even know! We also found out that we were getting ripped off by the original bank(after Ken shot gunned our credit, there were AT LEAST 10 new hits on both my fiancé and my credit report) and that our credit union was able to give us a MUCH better deal. (4% difference!) I called Ken 3(!) times, left 2 voicemails, and he never called back! After the deal was done, we were no longer important to him! I went in on my lunch break, and when Ken came up to me he lied to me and told me there was nothing that could be done about the financing, and just walked away from me. Leaving me confused and upset on the showroom floor. That night my fiancé went in and Ken escorted him back to his office, and my fiancé expressed his concerns about the financing, the invalid contract, and the fact that we needed all of it changed. Ken said he would fix the contract but he wasn't sure he would be able to do anything about the financing. Still angry, I went in the next day to make sure Ken was going to get this done. After all, Chase couldn't even accept the contract they sent over, it had the wrong name on it! When I got there, Ken came out to me and wouldn't take me back to his office. He said "I can't do this today." And when I asked if he was sure this was going to be done right, he said "Eh, 90%" and just walked away from me again! Fed up, I called and asked for a manager. I couldn't believe how I was being treated after spending so much money there! Luckily, with Scott as our salesman, he went to work behind the scenes to make sure we were happy and getting the best deal possible. He made sure to get Doug Farley involved, who also took very good care of us. He made sure my credit union got the bill of sale, and made sure that all the paperwork was done correctly. I am so thankful for Scott and Doug, as they are both amazing guys who go out of their way for the customers! I will be returning to Anderson Toyota, to work with Scott in the future! He was definitely the best salesman I have ever worked with! I will just be sure to get my own financing before I head to the dealership next time so I don't have to work with Ken! More
