Best service experience ever! I was looking for a reasonable used car for my daughter and I was fortunate enough to encounter Ben Bleed. Shopping for used cars is always associated with stress, especially when you are a woman. Ben made it so easy. The car that I found online was no longer available and Ben quickly found me a comparable car that was actually a bit better. I came in late evening and Ben was very welcoming and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. The deal had to be finished the next day and even though Ben was scheduled to be off work that day he made time to come in and help me finish the deal. He even came to pick me up and took me to the dealership because I didn't have my car with me. Though I was buying a lower priced used car, I felt like I was buying a Lexus. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to see Ben at Lexus of Rockford. More

Multi Point Inspection and Report I called to inquire about having a multi-point inspection performed on a used car I was considering for purchase from a private owner. The female who I called to inquire about having a multi-point inspection performed on a used car I was considering for purchase from a private owner. The female who answered the service line was able to schedule me within a few hours, and referred me to Brock Correa since she was leaving for the day. Brock and the service technician were very efficient, and detected just over $3500.00 worth of repairs that needed to be performed, some of which needed to be performed immediately. Needless to say, I have chosen not to purchase the vehicle. Thank you to Brock Correa, and the others who assisted me with this issue. More
