I called Brian Cayle because I remembered him as the man who looked under my RAV4 to determine if it was safe to drive home after I had been rear ended several months ago. He was at the end of his sales work day, in his white shirt and tie, and still went down on the ground to look under the car so I would feel safe. I told myself to remember him and I did when my car was totalled two months later. Somehow I figured that this particular new car buying experience, which I needed to go well, would do that with someone like Brian. And I was right. Brian was kind, considerate and very helpful. He gave me all of the information that I asked for when I needed it. He offered me a price that was very fair (I did all my research.) He made this whole experience the best car buying experience that I have had. Within a few short hours I heard back from Peter that they would sell for the price I wanted. We took care of most paperwork via phone and fax so little was needed on the actual delivery day. When we picked up the new van it had received one of the best prep and cleaning services I've ever seen. Peter expedited us through the delivery process and we were on the way in just over an hour. If I can by cars in this manner in the future, then Andrew Toyota will get my business. Their willingness to work outside of the "traditional" less than comfortable negotiating process is a huge plus. I found the Prius I was looking for online and worked out the price with Peter Klein before I got there. He was informative, friendly, tried hard to please me, and he answered my questions. He introduced me to Willie in the service department and he too was most helpful. He answered a bunch of my questions. Later when I called back to both of them with more questions they continued to be supportive and helpful. I wished I lived closer so that I could get my car serviced there but I am 100 miles away. If it works out in my schedule however, I will come back for service at Andrews. I had to return to get my XM radio installed and Willie made sure I had a ride with George to the mall so that I could get lunch while I waited. When it was time to return George was there promptly to get me. Overall the experience was fun and stress free. Not what a woman who is buying a car on her own expects but it was a wonderful surprise. More
