Friendly service. Main concern is whether or not they can be trusted when work is recommended. We were told certain Preventive maintenance was needed, when in fact we Main concern is whether or not they can be trusted when work is recommended. We were told certain Preventive maintenance was needed, when in fact we had said maintenance done, at this service center, just 6 months ago. Which means 1 of 3 possibilities: 1. They knew and lied, hoping we wouldn’t notice, 2. They didn’t know, but recommend replacing certain things without actually inspecting the existing ones, and/or 3. They make recommendations without looking even at their own maintenance records on your vehicle. If we weren’t intimately aware of our vehicle and records, we would’ve signed off on the suggestion, at a cost of a couple hundred dollars to their service department. I may need to take my servicing elsewhere. More
