Worked with Nate in sales. He was excellent. I ordered my Tucson Hybrid back in December after a horrific experience at another dealership. Though it didn’t have the extras I o He was excellent. Apparently they are shipping cars out as fast as possible and weren’t putting add-on’s in factory. So my tow package shall be put on later. Nate did warn me that the sales manager would try to encourage extended warranties and that I didn’t have to say yes. Which was refreshing. Sales manager did try to encourage me to get a few extended warranties. But took my fifth no as a final answer. They didn’t offer me much for my trade-in so I ended up leaving with two cars. Which isn’t the end of the world my car sells for twice what they offered, So I’ll trade it in independently. All in all the added dealer fees weren’t unreasonable. And once I realized I wasn’t trading in my car I knew I had to suck up the new tag fee. But it was refreshing to go to a place that wasn’t trying to mark up over MSRP. The previous dealership thought it was OK to add an extra $6000 on top of the price. More

My relationship with Annapolis Hyundai began in Dec. 2021 when I spoke to Charles Meiklejohn on the phone, just inquiring about the 2022 Tucson. He assisted me in finding a Tucson to test drive in the MD, n when I spoke to Charles Meiklejohn on the phone, just inquiring about the 2022 Tucson. It was so nice of him to go out of his way to help me, not knowing if I would be a potential customer. Fast forward to today and I picked up my 2022 Tucson yesterday! Charles and Joe were absolutely fabulous to work with and showed me all the gadgets in the vehicle, how to use them, set up my phone, just wonderful!!!
