There was certainty a miscommunication with the Service Team, and those other items on the envelope should have been resolved before you were called to pick up the vehicle. That is our process and members involved have been re-educated. We failed to deliver. While it took about 30 min to resolve, it created a large inconvenience for you and it could have been avoided.
