I contacted the dealership via an internet quote request. From the start I felt NO PRESSURE to buy. Nate contacted me via email (which I requested) and asked exactly what I wanted. He emailed back the following day saying he had located one and asked what I would like to do. I immediately called him and we negotiated the price (took about 10 mins) and agreed on terms. He said no problem and said if I wanted to put a deposit on it he would dispatch a driver to get it. (The vehicle I wanted was very hard to find and several other local dealers said they couldn't find one in the entire USA) I gave him the deposit and he had the car there in a couple of days. He called and said he had good news and said the vehicle was in. He worked around my busy schedule to make the appointment to complete the sale paperwork and delivery process. I showed up with my two children ages 5 and 7 at the dealership and he was very appreciative of my time and made them comfortable in the play area while we did the paperwork. It was very fast and before I knew it we were done and in the Elantra going over setup of bluetooth and radio stations. The finance department was very easy as well. They presented several optional products (not overboard, but good quality products) and simply asked if I was interested. Again, NO PRESSURE at all to buy. While I looked over some of the details he printed all necessary paperwork and I signed (to include Hyundai financing which was better than PNC offered) and he walked me out to Nate where I loaded the kids and we were off. I can't stress how relieved I was that there were no pushy salespeople and the entire process was as smooth as I could have ever hoped for. I can guarantee that I will be referring anyone I meet that is in the market for a vehicle to them. I drove 45 mins to get to their dealership and will do so again without question. This dealership is a shining example of customer service and if you don't at least give them a chance at your business you will be missing out. I watched 5 other people leave with smiles on their face in new vehicles while I was there. Their price was better than anyone else in the DC area and they seem to be able to find anything you want. Did I mention there was no pressure? Thank you so much for your help in making this the BEST purchase experience I have ever heard of or experienced myself. It means a lot when customer service is above the sale. I would give them a 10 out of 10 for all aspects of this deal. The only downside for you is that this was MY deal not yours! I would be willing to bet that you will get the same treatment I did if you visit them. All this and I haven't even told you the best thing. The PRICE was INCREDIBLE. (Other dealers said they would have to charge more for a car not on their lot). The car was delivered in immaculate condition. Our "back office" experience was also outstanding, with no pressure to purchase additional warranties or other options. There were 3 positive things that led to our purchase and our rating. Low pressure, the car, and the price. Even though another car dealer's pressure was not excessive by my standards, my daughter actually became physically ill. She was very happy with the experience at this dealer. The car itself appears to be a very good fit as opposed to the Infinity G37 we also test drove that had 33,000 miles on it for a comparable price. I'm not sure that the other criteria were so much due to the dealer as luck, since the car had very good pricing due to being a 2010 model that had a lower sticker than the 2011 models and had additional incentives. Since this dealer only had 3 Genesis Coupes to choose from and only 1 with the 3.8 6 cylinder, it was fortunate that it was the right one for us! More

I had narrowed my search down to 2 different types of vehicles and 2 different dealerships to work with. My experience at Annapolis Hyundai was nothing short of amazing. From the second I walked into the dealership I knew that customer service was their top priority. I had originally spoke with Renny over at cars.com when doing vehicle searching and he was extremely professional and answered any questions I had. I then made an appointment to go see him to discuss one of the vehicles I wanted. I went into the dealership with all my notes and research I had done about the car I wanted which was a 2010 Kia Forte EX (Dark Red). I even had memorized the stock number before I walked into the dealership. After discussing price with Renny and then with Mike (Sales Manager), we came to an agreement that was realistic and fair for the car. They made me very comfortable while waiting for the bank to approve financing, and Renny had a great personality and was easy to talk to. The pleasant experience didn't stop at sales as when I met Scott the Finance guy he was great. He was fast, efficient, and had a great personality. He explained everything I needed to know regarding my warranty and financing and told me that if I had any questions to give him a call back and he would take the time to help me. Just awesome. I have purchased cars from a number of different dealerships in my time, and I have never had such a professional, relaxing, and thorough experience as I've had at this dealership, Annapolis Hyundai.
