I am very satisfied with Annapolis Hyundai and their service. I was searching initially for a used Hyundai Sonata and found one at Annapolis that I liked, but after viewing the new car inventory and es service. David came outside as my wife and I were looking at different vehicles on their lot and introduced himself. He is a pleasure to chat with and made our buying experience enjoyable. David is energetic, informative, and a pleasure to buy a car from, not to mention he makes a mean cup of bold coffee. :) All of the staff were very freindly, and not once did I feel like I was being hounded, as I have felt while visiting other dealerships. Their service department works hard in the background along with Mr. Wade who helped with the difficulties of military members buying out of state while serving. I would like to especially thank them for supporting our nations military!! More

I've had the opportunity to shop around before driving into the Annapolis Hyundai dealership and immediately knew that this is where I wanted to buy my car. Initially, I spent days wandering from one deal into the Annapolis Hyundai dealership and immediately knew that this is where I wanted to buy my car. Initially, I spent days wandering from one dealership to another. With every dealership, I got the feeling that I was wasting their time if I was not there to buy a NEW car. Sales people would come up to me and as soon as they learned that I was looking for a used car I was religated to the back section or the "trailer" in the back. The people at the Annapolis Hyundai dealership were honestly happy to see me walk in the door. I was brought to Paul Goodman and he took his time to find out what I wanted and what I didn't want. He explained the benefits of a new car but understood my desire for a used car. He then brought out the most beautiful shimmering white Sonata Limited and it was love at first sight. Paul and AJ crunched every number and brought the cost of my love well within reach of my budget. Overall, they listened to everything I said and gave me more than I expected for less than I expected. I strongly recommend a visit to this dealership if you are in the market for a Hyundai. More

I came into Hyundai with all intentions of test driving a car. I didn't know what kind of car I exactly wanted, so when I met up with David, and told him I wasn't exactly looking to buy immediately, he never car. I told him the cars my husband and I were interested in and he showed me just that. I had called previous dealerships around my area and they couldn't show me what I was asking for but wanted to see me things I couldn't even afford or was interested in. We were interested in the 2012 Santa Fe. As soon as my husband and I got into one, we instantly fell in love. David made sure he met all my needs and wants. When we were done our second test drive of the car, I told David I wanted to buy the car. He told me not to make an impulse decision and to shop around, think about it and come back if I was interested. He even was willing to give me a name and number of a different dealer we were possibly looking at. This showed me that David was after my happiness and not just my wallet. I told David no, and that this is what I wanted. After he made sure I was completely happy with my choice, he started the painless paper work. I still am so happy with my choice and don't have once second of regret. What made the process better was having a salesman that let me make my own decision. He never once pressured me. If I had felt pressured for even one second, I would have walked out. I will make sure to refer anyone I know looking for a car to David, at Hyundai of Annapolis. More

Paul Brookman is a great dude committed to finding you a good deal and taking care of you throughout the car buying process. I was not kept waiting around by Annapolis Hyundai, they had the car I was lookin good deal and taking care of you throughout the car buying process. I was not kept waiting around by Annapolis Hyundai, they had the car I was looking for on their lot (whereas other dealers did not), and they effectively communicated their desire to have my business without being pushy. I got military discount, trade-in value on my old vehicle, and Annapolis Hyundai took care of all the back-dept details (like tags/title/registration), putting the plates on the car for me. They are all nice people and know their products very well. Paul was not satisfied to let me go until he had successfully connected my bluetooth phone and had educated me about my new car's variety of features, filling up the first gas tank as well for me. He even tried to beat the Navy Federal Credit Union's excellent loan rate I had been given (hard to do, but I credit him for giving it a good shot). I look forward to going back here, thanks to the way I was treated. More

While Annapolis Hyundai Dealership is not the closest to my home, it is by far the best. In my opinion it is the only place to buy a new Hyundai and Paul Brookman was terrific in so many ways. When I first met Paul, I had done some online research but needed to see and drive in person two of the Hyundai models. I explained to Paul that I had not bought a car in 10+ years and was not completely sure I was going to buy one now, that I was looking at several makes of cars including Hyundai, and that I needed to test drive the Sonata and the Azera. Paul completely understood my situation, yet he was willing to give me his undivided attention for a considerable amount of time. His knowledge was evident as he explained the details and features of each model. He gladly let me test drive both models and actively engaged in a conversation wtih me about the pros and cons of each car based on what I had explained to him I wanted in a car. It was very informative yet Paul did not pressure me to buy. In fact he encouraged me to complete my research but offered to make himself available should I decide to buy a Hyundai. What an impressive, competent and professional salesperson. When I returned, Paul just as patiently, was again willing to let my son test drive these two Hyundai models as I wanted his opinion. I decided that evening to purchase the Sonata. While I am not a fan of haggling over the final price of a car, Paul make that process as painless as it can probably be and we did arrive at an agreement. After the paperwork was complete, Paul again took his time setting up my blue tooth, getting me registered for blue link, and again going over some of the electronic and navigation features. What a gem Paul Brookman is in every way. I bought my Hyundai from Annapolis Hyundai specifically because of Paul, the respect with which he treated me, his professional and courteous manner, and his knowledge of the product. But the icing on the cake, is that he is a really nice guy with a delightful sense of humor. Mark Wade gave me a good price on the MINI trade-in and Billy Sadtler was very helpful in explaining the paperwork, the warranty, etc. Thanks to David for finding the right car, putting in the floor mats and wheel locks.
