There was certainty a miscommunication with the Service Team, and those other items on the envelope should have been resolved before you were called to pick up the vehicle. That is our process and members involved have been re-educated. We failed to deliver. While it took about 30 min to resolve, it created a large inconvenience for you and it could have been avoided. We are sorry and hope you decide to give us an opportunity to serve you in the future.

I'm sorry for the late reply on this. We had to do some forensics before we discovered this review was for your specific vehicle. We are working with Hyundai to determine why the software recall caused this issue with your Sonata so it doesn't happen to you or anyone else again.
