It's a 15-20 mile drive for me. Fixed my car!!! Hundreds of dollars, and many many hours of frustration down the drain i was no closer to finding out what was wrong with my 2008 Elantra. I called Annapolis Hyundai and talked to Jacob and it was fantastic. He stayed on the phone long enough to explain everything to me and what we thought could be what is wrong with my car. Then when i brought it in a wonderfully kind man, Reggie, was the driver of the Shuttle that i took to the mall (so i wouldnt have to wait in the waiting room). I was called throughout the process to update me on any new finds, and what i would want to do about whatever they did find. Finally, when my car was fixed (and it has been perfect ever since, for the first time in a year and a half) i paid a price i thought was fair and i even got the opportunity to talk to the mechanic, Allen is his name, and he explained what was wrong with my car and how they fixed it. Even what to look for just incase something else is wrong. Very thorough, kinda and knowledgeable. I will be coming here from now on, and it is now the only place i trust! More
