Ridiculously fantastic Five Stars? Easy. When approaching the counter, you can just tell Jacob is hyped and loves his job. He instantly greeted me, and we got my car setup f Five Stars? Easy. When approaching the counter, you can just tell Jacob is hyped and loves his job. He instantly greeted me, and we got my car setup for it's oil change. Most places see an oil change as a gateway to charge for other "fixes" that aren't needed. Not here. The service team did their multipoint inspection without any shady business and performed the oil change as needed. No extra hoopla to make more money, just the service I needed at the price I needed. I bought the car in VA (I'm a MD resident) and am closer to two other dealerships...yet Annapolis' service department is where I always go. No bs, no fluff, just fantastic work the first time around. To Jacob and the entire service team, awesome work dudes and dudettes, keep being rockstars! More

Quick and a good price I needed service on my vehicle and scheduled an appointment. I arrived early and planned to head home and pick up the car later. The service manager s I needed service on my vehicle and scheduled an appointment. I arrived early and planned to head home and pick up the car later. The service manager said they would begin immediately and it was done in half the estimated time, so I just waited, which was great. Then the price ended up to be much less than I had thought. Overall a great experience. More
