Andy was great. I purchased a new Subaru WRX from this dealership and he was both polite, fair and friendly to my wife and I. This isn't my first car purchase and I have dealt with horrendous individuals dealership and he was both polite, fair and friendly to my wife and I. I first began my new car search on Oct 30 at Annapolis Subaru. I was met first by Alan Soon in the salesroom. Because I like to research everything, I visited other dealers in the area. I did not receive the same courteous, professional treatment that I received initially from Alan at the other dealers. Also, the appraisals for my car were thousands of dollars less than at Annapolis Subaru. I returned to Annapolis Subaru the next day to purchase a new car. The entire transaction was handled expeditiously and graciously by Alan and the entire Annapolis Subaru staff. More
