This has been my dealership since I've moved back to the area in 2020. I bring my 2017 Outback in for service & because the service of the outstanding service, it was only natural to come here to buy my 202 area in 2020. I bring my 2017 Outback in for service & because the service of the outstanding service, it was only natural to come here to buy my 2025 Ascent. Jay & Ed put the dream in the driveway! My husband & I have shopped for cars over the years, and this has to be be one of the best experiences we've had. If it wasn't for a couple of manning issues (no Biggie, really -- we're military veterans, we know how to be patient), our entire deal would have been completed in a couple of hours. But even with the wait, it wasn't as terrible as car buying can be. We felt no pressure to use Subaru financing (although it was quite competitive with our bank), or to buy extra stuff. The entire sales staff was quite welcoming and always checked to see if we needed drinks or snacks. Honestly, you can't ask for a better group of people. We did keep our Outback, as it's going to our son 😉 We love Subarus that much! More
