I have unfortunately had a poor experience with the management team in the Service Department. My car broke down on the highway the day after I had services done at Annapolis Subaru. I've had two good experiences with Annapolis Subaru - one about 8 years ago (and that car is still on the road, running well!) and one this month. A busy but efficiently run operation. Didn't try too hard to sell me on a Forester that was a very good deal once I realized I wanted something smaller and opted for the Crosstrek which was lower cost for me and probably lower commission for him! Kudos, all! More
