Was waiting 3 hours for a recall when I was told it would only take an hour. When I spoke to Karen (manager) she stated that recalls take at least two hours. Sales Associate Nicholas Fulton was awesome to work with. However, Management screwed me over and raised the price of the vehicle last second after we had already agreed on a lower price. To add salt to the wound, not only did they raise the cost, but after we had already started the purchasing process, they told me I wouldn't be receiving a second (spare) key fob for my vehicle because used car trade-ins aren't required to have two keys, though I was told that I needed to furnish both of my keys for my trade-in. Because of Management's sleezeball tactics, I'll never do business there again! More
