After the paper work he patiently explained the features of the car and made sure that every question I had was answered. There was a $500 discrepancy between the "on the road " quote I was given through the manager and the final price that was in the paper work when Stephan and I went over everything. Stephan called the dealership immediately and was told it was a standard fee. It went against my nature to let it go but the car was here so I did. Best Car Buying Experience Ever I have been trying to get a car since October 2019 but, had the worse luck ever after a bankruptcy. After being told I needed a co-signer or a ridicul I have been trying to get a car since October 2019 but, had the worse luck ever after a bankruptcy. After being told I needed a co-signer or a ridiculous amount of money down, I gave up. After taking the advice of my aunt and cousin who had just traded in their Hyundai vehicles for upgraded vehicles I decided to give them a try. I was skeptical and just knew it would be another NO! I checked out the site and found the cheapest USED vehicle I could find for under $8000. My cousin had forwarded me the sales person Joel Williamson's number. I completed the financing application online and I texted Joel who I was and my bad credit history story to give him a heads up. Joel called me at work that morning and immediately got to work. He was upfront and direct about getting me the best deal possible. he explained to me the difference when it comes to USED and NEW cars. I have never dealt with a car salesman who made feel like they really cared about getting me in something reliable and worth the money. He informed me my down payment would be higher on the used car I was looking to get vs. a new car .He told me he could get me a brand new 2020 Hyundai Elantra yet still I wasn't excited. He answered every question and never made me feel pressured. I was so used to dealership never calling back. I was so skeptical about sitting in the dealership for hours on hours just to receive a NO!! Joel was confident he could me a car yet, I still had no faith. When it came to the down payment Joel worked with me. I went to Hyundai after working still not believing I would drive off the lot. I test drove a brand new 2020 Hyundai Elantra. When I got in the car it only had 9 miles on it. The test drive with my daughters' had me sold me but, I was still not jumping for joy. Even once I called and obtained car insurance and sat with Yessica in finance, I still didn't believe it. The car I test drove was not the actual car I was getting but, Joel said we are going to give you the one you test drove with less miles because the other one had 170 miles. I didn't car if it had 70,000 miles as I had been driving my moms old car which was 18 years old. Needless to say Joel never lied. He was professional and he kept his word. I drove off the lot in all black 2020 Hyundai Elantra with 14 miles. I would recommend anyone to go see Joel. He was professional, his customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. Yessica in finance went through the paperwork with me in detail and had great customer service as well. After struggling to purchase a vehicle for the past 11 months, I finally got my ride, I am ONE HAPPY LADY!! Thank you Joel, Yessica and the entire staff at Antwerpen Hyundai. More

The customer service was terrible. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with multi-point inspection and factory recall (Hyundai recall number 189) in advance. I arrived on-time I scheduled an appointment for an oil change with multi-point inspection and factory recall (Hyundai recall number 189) in advance. I arrived on-time (actually bit early). They took my car for service 1 hours and 30 minutes after I got there. No one bothered to update me about any progress. I had to ask two times about the expected completion of my service. I had bought a prepaid oil change package from this dealership, but the service adviser did not look properly and gave me the regular charge estimate for the oil change. I pointed out that I had already paid for the oil change package and I should not be charged for this service. She checked and realized I was right, so she told me I wouldn’t be charged. At the end of the service I asked for a multi-point inspection report, her answer was that they did not have paper to give me the report. The time they took to do the oil change, multi-point inspection and perform recall was less than 25 minutes. In between this service adviser approached me stating that my car battery needed replacement, however the service before had tested my battery without any issue. Overall, I feel like I waited far too long, and then was given subpar, rushed service (that may not have been done properly). Now, I must go somewhere else to recheck my car, but this was the only nearby Hyundai authorized dealership. I would not recommend this dealership. More
