Good Service Experience, But I was very pleased with Lily, my service manager, but when I was told my car was ready to be picked up, it was still not fixed and required two more d I was very pleased with Lily, my service manager, but when I was told my car was ready to be picked up, it was still not fixed and required two more days of service because the ignition cylinder needed to be replaced (a new one had to be ordered). A simple road test would have indicated that there was still a problem. Lily did the additional work at no charge and gave me a discount on the other repairs that were needed. It was an expensive visit and the maintenance required six days to complete, but I was satisfied with the end result when my car was finally ready. More

She took charge to see to it that the vehicle was looked @ + fixed promptly ! Couldn't be happier especially since she has a very pleasant way about her ! I woundn't be surprised , if people became loyal repeat customers just because of THAT / GB. More

Unprofessional and Unfair There was an extreme lack of communication between sales associates and management. The car price on the website did not match what the manager was ch There was an extreme lack of communication between sales associates and management. The car price on the website did not match what the manager was charging us. When questioned about it the manager gave us defaulted answers and did not adequately answer the question. This was our first buying experience and it was confusing, misleading, and more importantly frustrating from beginning to end. The manager had left us outside for more than 30 minutes on a hot day to answer a question we had about the car and after waiting for the time, we went inside to see the manager was not looking for our answer but helping another customer. The car salesman was telling us one thing and the manager denied that being the right answer. This led us to thinking that we were in the wrong and that the information we provided was not right. And they charged a higher list price of the car than what we were made to believe we were paying and when questioned about it they said that all dealerships do that, no that is illegal to change the price of the car on the paperwork. I also called the corporate office to discuss my concerns and the overcharge of the car and never received a call back. The only reason for giving 1 star was how amazing the financing department was. They were very patient and answered all of our questions making us feel confident in our decisions of purchase. More

I was very disappointed with the lack of distancing and mask wearing on the part of sales and service staff. The customers in the waiting area all wore masks, but there was not enough seating, so distancing could not adequately take place. There were an average of 10 of us there most of the time. Many of the sales staff had masks, but did not wear them consistently, or did not pull them up over their noses. Yet they talked with each other and got quite close. The worst offenders were the woman in finance (not Yessica) and the woman with white hair who sits behind the waiting area. She sneezed without covering her nose or mouth as I was walking in and didn't wear a mask most of the time. In the service area, I had to use unsanitized pens twice, both before and after service. Also, I was unable to enter my credit card myself, but the woman at the desk had to put it in the machine. The service manager got very close to me to explain something, and I had to ask him to step back and put his mask on. Overall, I was there for 3 hours and this was a very stressful experience. I bought my car at Antwerpen and was satisfied with that experience. But now, I am seriously considering finding somewhere else to go for service. Your practices are definitely not up to standard. More

Fixed the coolant tank but I still hear the squeaking noise. It seems that the squeaking issue was not addressed.
