Promised $40 Gift Card for Test Drive -- Never Sent Was in the market for a new car this past summer -- my Infiniti was 17yrs old with over 210k mi on it and it was time to replace my trusty SUV. I was Was in the market for a new car this past summer -- my Infiniti was 17yrs old with over 210k mi on it and it was time to replace my trusty SUV. I was interested in the Hyundai Elantra as it was a capable sedan with the latest safety features my son could drive once he got his license. I found a coupon on the web for a $40 gift card if you test drove the vehicle. My time (AND PERSONAL INFO) is much too valuable to go test drive a car I'm not likely to buy for a mere $40, but why not take advantage of the promotion if you're doing it anyway. Bottom-line, I drove the car, the salesman said he input the app for the gift card, and then repeated that he did so in a follow-up call. A few weeks after we visited, it was determined that we would move to ATL and GA has ad veloreum which is basically income tax on your vehicle and I wasn't going to pay tax twice -- it would have been 12% all in. I did the right think and informed the salesperson we wouldn't be purchasing a vehicle from him...IT HAS BEEN 6 MO AND NO GIFT CARD. You can make a valid argument whether I deserve one or not but ultimately they didn't fulfill on a commitment and it was false advertising!! More

After about an hour he came and told me that my axles needed to be replaced he researched and discovered they would be covered under warranty. I have needed axels for the six months and no one informed me they were under warranty. I've had several bad experiences getting my car serviced this time was by far the best service I have ever received. More

They told me if I had any issues with my used car within the week, to bring it back in and they would take care of it for me. However a problem that they themselves noted and said they would handle (just getting my key fob replaced) has been a massive time sink for me. After texting/calling/emailing Robert Wales, I received no response on getting my key fixed, despite him telling me he would take care of it when I realized it wasn’t working the day I bought the car. He then tells me he placed an order for the part and when I called their customer relations manager Linda Peters, she told me the part had not been ordered yet and she had to do it for me. Linda has been great to work with but the sales and service staff I’ve had to deal with have been amongst the worst at communicating with me. More
