Unprofessional and rude. I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra at this dealership on March 23rd of this year. Today I took it in to have an oil change and the tires rotated at my I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra at this dealership on March 23rd of this year. Today I took it in to have an oil change and the tires rotated at my local Merchants Tire not the dealership but they couldn't take the wheels off because when I purchased the car the dealership did not give me the proper key for the lug locks so I was stuck without a rotation. So I took it up to the dealership and carefully explain the situation to them and my original salesman was very pleasant and went to service right away and found someone to get the proper key for the LA club that I had. Then after he told me to pull around a service so I can get the rotation and get the proper key the guy in service not sure of his name Sean I think just gives me the lot lug key and says no I can't do that and then I go back inside and I'm kind of upset at this point and they just basically blew me off, you got jameil who told me to leave at one point and Kevon Kim who basically told me he didn't need my business and was very condescending.. they didn't seem to understand the root of my anger and what the problem was after explaining it to them several times. Eventually they had the service guy say he would give me a rotation but at that point I just left because I was so disgusted with the treatment I received. let's just say they only care about you when you're in there getting ready to buy the car and once you buy the car evidently they're just rude and condescending jerks is my experience and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I thank Antwerpen for making the experience of purchasing my brand new Kona positive from the beginning when Heather called me in response to my interest expressed on the internet to the end when Brenda assisted us with electronically completing the paperwork - simplicity, including through negotiations. I am happy to refer my friends and family to Antwerpen. Even after the sale, Ms Chandler followed up with me just to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you! More
