BEWARE OF DEALERSHIP!!!! I HATE to be the bad guy writing a bad review about the worst dealership experience I've ever had but what I've been put through at this dealership has been so incredibly frustrating there's no other route to turn to, they have cornered me like an animal. Many of the individuals who work at this dealership are nice but, as any businessman knows, nice doesn't cut it. We ultimately all just want results and I can testify that the results here are astonishingly lacking. First, I found a car that I liked for around 21k. Somehow I got suckered into paying 26 with 'fees' and such but whatever, it's not the end of the world. About a month goes by and I'm enjoying the car and I find out that they have NOT paid off my truck which I had traded in. I was getting calls every day from the finance company asking for a payment on a vehicle that I no longer had and that the dealership had taken as the trade in. Excuses were made about everything under the sun as to why it wasn't paid off. I had to waste HOURS of my time pestering them, writing emails and making calls, and even stopped in to see them a few times to try to speed things up. They NEVER confirmed the payoff amount of my truck and I ended up having to pay additional money to cover the mistake. Feeling hopelessly out of control and with my credit on the line, I wrote a bad review. Then one of the head managers called and THREATENED TO SUE ME. Only over a month later was my vehicle finally paid off, just days before my final extension that I had begged the finance company for was up. I THOUGHT IT WAS FINALLY OVER BUT THEN, I get a call (today) from the finance company for my new vehicle. Apparently my car was NEVER EVEN FINANCED PROPERLY. The guy said they had made NUMEROUS attempts to get a hold of the dealership with no success. I've tried calling numerous times and cannot get a hold of anyone in finance. So here I am thinking that payments are being automatically taken out from my bank account and instead I find out I'm now 3 months past due on payments because the dealership made another procrastination? I won't reduce myself to name calling here, however tempting, but I will resort to saying that this dealership is the most incompetent and possibly insolvent dealership I've ever dealt with. Absolutely abysmal. To be fair, when I thought something was wrong with my vehicle the manager was very gracious in having service take a look at it and even gave me a car to use while mine was in the shop. So, there's that. However, that's the only good experience I had and the only reason the dealership gets a single star and not zero. I'm sick and tired of this mess, maybe it's time to just bury my head in the sand. I wish I could be nice about this but they have cornered me like an animal with no options, now I've got to snarl. I bought the car on December 21, 2017. Today is March 7, 2018. Yes, that's how long this nightmare has been going on. At this point I wish I could just give them the car back and be DONE with this, but of course with their attitude, I highly doubt they would ever be willing to make amends like that. Poor Communication This is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a dealership when it comes to the communications involved with purchasing a car. I lived out of state and was interested in purchasing a car. The swiftness of the response of the initial contact was excellent (of course). That was about it. I let them know which vehicle I was interested in and let them know that I was four hours away and wouldn't come test drive until I needed to. I was handed off to 3 different people, each who seemed to lack any care if I purchased the car or not. I had to reach out to them multiple times to even get a response. After not receiving any responses on purchasing the car, I gave up. I was a buyer who had cash and was ready to purchase that week. I wouldn't recommend them if you would like swift, or any for that matter communication. Last time I look for a car at this dealership. More
