Amazing Experience I purchased an Elantra on December 2, 2017. My sales person was Johnny and he made sure that all of my questions were answered while working through I purchased an Elantra on December 2, 2017. My sales person was Johnny and he made sure that all of my questions were answered while working through the sale. He took care of me through the experience and I left driving away, feeling very happy and confident. Most important, the Service Manager, Shawn, made sure that I understood what I needed to do in order to continue to have my car work in the wonderful condition that I purchased it. Shawn took his time with me and outlined exactly how I should schedule my service to ensure that I would have complete success with the maintenance of my car. I walked away from my experience with Shawn feeling completely satisfied. I look forward to my continued relationship with the Service Department (Shawn) throughout the years. Great Sales AND Service Experience! :-) I bought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at the Catonsville Antwerpen Hyundai dealership 5 years ago with AL Russell and was so pleased with the low-pre I bought my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid at the Catonsville Antwerpen Hyundai dealership 5 years ago with AL Russell and was so pleased with the low-pressure, friendly experience! Over the years, we've only had 2 issues that needed attention, and Hyundai stood behind their product and fixed the issues according to their stated warranty. Our Service King was Chris, and he made the appointment, sent me an email reminder, and then promptly checked me in the next morning- Chris handled our issue from start to finish, and had my car ready by 3:00PM same day. Fantastic customer service, and no pushy up selling. {:-) More
