He offered his assistance and we went over all the options available. He asked us what we wanted in vehicle, and he gave us options that worked best for our needs. He was very transparent on the deals offered at the dealership. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured into buying something we didn't want. We were turning in a lease and he went out of his way to make sure we got the best deal possible for the trade-in. We went over our mileage and he knew if we went back to the mini dealership we would penalized, and Mr. Park helped prevent this from happening. He spent a lot of time working with the finance department to get a monthly payment that worked for us. Yessica was very efficient and explained everything we were signing. Overall it was great experience buying our first Hyundai at the Antwerpen dealership all thanks to the staff! More

I have been going to this dealer for service for two years. The mechanics have never failed me but the service department has many times. I was promised a car wash with every service by the sales department. For two years I took my car there exclusively. Not one car wash. The last time I went in for an oil change I rated them less than perfect. I received a call from the service rep begging me to evaluate them again and give them a perfect rating. She even promised to personally pay for my next oil change. What are they doing to those people? On my first visit I complained about a very immature service agent who was more concerned with flirting with associates than his job. They pulled the video tapes to verify my story. Apparently my word wasn't good enough. I have experienced repeated new employees who knew nothing and were left to fend for themselves and veterans who have skillfully learned to keep their heads down. There is something fundamentally wrong with the human resource philosophy at the highest levels of the organization. My inept sales person didn't promise me a car wash on the new car. Ironically, I'm grateful I no longer have the standard to measure them by so I am not continually disappointed and ultimately angry I was lied to, or at least misled. I will continue to take my new car there for service because of the frequency with which the computer needs updating. At least my last Sonata did. I will hold my nose and dread the experience because it very often stinks. More
