Worst experience ever We took our 2012 Elantra in due to a recall.....biggest mistake choosing this dealership. Some how the ABS system locked up which meant we could not We took our 2012 Elantra in due to a recall.....biggest mistake choosing this dealership. Some how the ABS system locked up which meant we could not drive the car due to them not having a part. It took 6 days for the part to be delivered. The manager did not follow up to find out as to why the long wait. He kept making excuses that it was coming from the Midwest. The customer service staff at the service desk are not professional at all. Gave me a key to a rental car without instructing me as to where the car would be. So many other things went down. I will NEVER bring my car to this place again. Received a call from I guess the main customer service because of our 0 rating. Gave her the details and haven't heard back from the woman. More
