Rick was was honest and professional about when my car would be completed. I could not pick it up the same day due the time it was completed but I was able to pick it up the next morning would be completed. the shuttle pick up took a lot longer than was communicated to me. From the time that my vehicle was finished and shuttle supposedly being sent to me, took 1.5 hours to arrive at the dealership!! communicated to me. Service Dept: I arrived at the service dept about 20 mins earlier. I was asked by the outside attendant to leave my FOB in the car. I felt uncomfortable, I would normally give the Fob to the service age mins earlier. I was asked by the outside attendant to leave my FOB in the car. I felt uncomfortable, I would normally give the Fob to the service agent inside. Daniel check my appointment info on his tablet. He said that Rick will handle my service info. I had waited over 15 mins in front of Rick. No reply,greeting or eye contact!!("I did not exist") Finally, Daniel took my information. He stated, that the complimentary oil change / tire rotation waiting period will take 2 hours. I waited over 1 hour. I have decided to reschedule the complimentary service. Regards, More
