I brought my car in for service 7/12, 8:30AM, and it was held for 30 hours. I never received any form of communication as to the status. I called six times and each attempt sent to voicemail. When I finally received a call 7/ 13, 10:30AM, it was to the incorrect number. A voicemail was left indicating someone will call once diagnostic was done. I specifically request to call an alternate number. Due to a hunch I called the incorrect number and listened to the voicemail. I had to go to the service dept. 7/13, 3PM and wait for my car. When I arrived the car still HAD NOT been taken for a diagnostic. Poor management More
