Went in for an oil and filter change. Check in was fast, as well as the completion of the service. I was called and notified that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership's cashier desk, I was as well as the completion of the service. I was called and notified that my vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership's cashier desk, I was then sent on a run around, as she did not have record of the service done to my car that day. She told me to go back and speak with the advisor. I waited over 15-20 mins for an employee to walk in the service check in area. Finally, one of the mechanics came in and asked if I needed some help. I explained to him that I was here to pick up my car. I was then told to go back to cashier. I explained to him that I was sent over here by cashier. The mechanic then left, and an advisor came in (not the one I was originally working with) and asked if I needed some assistance. I had to repeat myself over, then was told to wait some more. It was very confusing and frustrating until the advisor I worked with earlier came out and was confused as well. He finally printed the papers/receipt off and sent me to cashier for processing. Other than that mix up, I was happy with the service done to my car. More

I was in there trying to address a defective component for a recently purchased car. After having my car for 3 days, the component still does not work. I have made multiple attempts to re-engage and fin for a recently purchased car. After having my car for 3 days, the component still does not work. The wait for an oil change appointment was two weeks. You can have the option of doing a walk in and wait for several hours which makes no sense. If this is the level of service, I would reconsider before bu can have the option of doing a walk in and wait for several hours which makes no sense.
