I was surprised that it took me about 2 weeks to get an appointment to bring my car in for an oil change. Note my car was purchased from this dealership and has less than 8500 miles on it due to the pandem appointment to bring my car in for an oil change. The service advisor, Jailyn Anderson, was friendly, professional and gave me outstanding service. He was the only plus in my experience. More

No one called to notify me when my car was ready. I tired calling the dealership to see if my car was ready, was put on hold and no one got back to me. I went in and asked the service guy why no one called me to let me know my car was ready. The guy told me the phone number on file was not good and it kept going to voicemail. I confirmed it was in fact the correct number and had him call while I was standing there. He then told me it kept going to voicemail. I asked why didn't he leave a message, they said they didn't think to leave a message. More
there are no consistencies between the Hyundai and staff regarding the time of oil change. A staff told me that the time for services has been changed to ever 7,000 miles, while the sticker says ,every 3,0 regarding the time of oil change. Sorry to say that I refused to wait 2 hours to have my tire checked and service. Every time I schedule an appoint the wait time is ridiculous .if I have an appointment for that time slot why am I having t tire checked and service.
