I scheduled an appointment several weeks ago for a recall and had to take time off work to bring my car in early in the morning. This appointment was for a recall repair and oil change. As far as I know, the dealership performed those services with expertise and professionalism. I requested a loaner car and one was provided. However, the car was uncomfortable, dirty, and felt unsafe. The front windshield was cracked across my line of sight. The inside of the windows hadn’t been cleaned. Those two things made the car feel unsafe to drive. Additionally, the car was very low to the ground and uncomfortable to get in and out of. When I returned the car, I told the customer service rep about the cracked window and she said they were aware of it. Then why was the car used as a loaner? Overall, I didn’t feel safe or valued as a customer to be given such a car. Surely this dealership can provide higher quality loaner vehicles. More
