They could have checked their schedule and made sure the parts were available prior to my arrivals. For me to schedule an appointment online, work my entire day around it then get there only to find out out parts were available prior to my arrivals. Had to call 3 times to get an appt, then they cancelled as CSR didn’t enter that I had traded my G80 for a G90 and G80 was over time frame for valet service. When they picked up the G90 I asked not to rota as CSR didn’t enter that I had traded my G80 for a G90 and G80 was over time frame for valet service. When they picked up the G90 I asked not to rotate tires as I had it done already but they did it anyway. They were fast to get the service done I’ve used them for my G80 and they do good work. More

Alex was my Service agent and she was extremely friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with to waiting area being very social distanced. Overall we had a very good experience with Arapahoe Hyundai. We started out looking at an online purchase and Dominique La Rosa was able to bring the car to our house for us to inspect and test drive. Hyundai.
