I bought my Veracruz new in 2008 from Arapahoe Hyundai. FFWD 84k miles later to 2020 and I have yet to have my vehicle serviced anywhere but at Arapahoe. The waiting area is adequate for those times you want to wait, like oil changes. More

Dominique wasn't pushy at first but at the numbers game she wouldn't show me any other options as far as other vehicles or take into mind I had a trade in plus cash and wouldn't explain why the price went she wouldn't show me any other options as far as other vehicles or take into mind I had a trade in plus cash and wouldn't explain why the price went up from the night before. The manager gave off a time share vibe really fake. They also wouldn't tell me the cost if I worked with my credit union. I left unhappy because they didn't go above and beyond on going over other options that are in my price range. I test drove one car because the other which is still up the site is not on the lot apparently it sold . All in all the service sucked and it felt like an ultimatum was being pushed on me to buy at the end. More
