He went through all of the cars features in depth and made sure to explain the pros and cons of each edition of the Tuscon. His expertise guided me to the perfect vehicle for me. My mother is deaf, but is a great lip reader. Phillip was great to accommodate her needs by always looking at her when speaking and describing everything visually so she could understand. The financing process was also great! Edgar was able to explain all the complex legal stuff in an efficient manner. We appreciated another great experience at Arapahoe Hyundai! More

Was upfront about the pricing of the vehicle showing me the different makes within my designated price range. Offered me an amazing deal on my trade in. Seth made sure to follow up after I drove the car off the lot to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase of my new 2020 Kona SEL. And safe to say, very pleased. I was in and out of Arapahoe Hyundai quickly and would give this visit an 11/10 if that's allowed. Highly recommend coming to Arapahoe Hyundai and ask for Seth Ringstad. More

Gary was good. Overall service was horrendous My Service Adviser, Gary, was a nice guy. He went out of his way to help, did everything right. Very impressive guy...will search for him again! UPDATE: I wrote this too soon, 3 days after THIS "service", the check engine light came on AGAIN. And AGAIN they can't get me in for 3 WEEKS. I'm sorry but when you buy not one but TWO new cars within 2 years you should NOT have to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment where they failed to fix the problem the 1st time. To make matters worse, my Wife came home tonight with a rt rear turn signal light stuck on SOLID, even when you shut everything down and turn the lights to off, vs auto. Stuff happens, but AGAIN I cannot get through to a Service Adviser, had to leave a message and HOPE to get a call back. Sorry...that's not "service". Maybe you guys grew too quickly...UGH. UPDATE: It's going from bad to disgraceful. After leaving a message 4 days ago...crickets. Can't drive the car, can't get even the OWNER to return a phone call. This place is the WORST car dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their phone # that they have on their website DOES NOT EVEN WORK!!! This is laughable...except I'm not laughing... More

"Casper Lemon" on the Hatch operation. About a month into ownership of this vehicle..the back hatch chose to only open about 20". FU appt in January, after I work each way to open it 25 or more times...to try and figure out why?? the "Casper Lemon" is with my hatch. More
