I have to say I wasn't treated as warmly this visit. The service worker greeted me but never looked at me. He said I see you are getting an oil change. I replied yes and that I was there because it was due for whatever was needed to keep the car in line with the warranty. He then looked at me and said "I don't know what you're talking about. What do you want done" I tried to explain that every time I come in on schedule for maintenance they always tell me what I need done according to the warranty. He again said he didn't know what I was getting at, which frustrated and embarrassed me. Finally he said he would check in to it. When I got in my husband's car and told him, he was very angry. Said the guy was being a jerk because I'm a woman :( Every other time I have been in the service people have been phenomenal !! More

worst customer service ever I first went to see what was wrong with my Sonata and was told to come back next morning, no appointment needed to leave the car next morning. I left I first went to see what was wrong with my Sonata and was told to come back next morning, no appointment needed to leave the car next morning. I left it early morning next day as I was told. When I did not hear from them till late afternoon I call to ask how long? First of all, I asked to find out what was wrong with it, not when will it be fixed and ready to be picked up. The man who answered the call responded with ' today, tomorrow, one week, two weeks'in very rude voice. I was shocked at his response. I told him not to do any work on my car and that I will pick it up the next day. I called Hyundai customer's center and made my complain about this man. The next day I went to pick up my car and he showed up with very upset. He said 'I'm sorry' but in extreamely rude manner. I got upset at his manner and said ' Let me just say one thing' then he cut me off by saying ' I will not take your complain'. I became very angry and raised my voice at this point. This is my very first complain letter I ever wrote, usually I do not bother writing. I took my car to Shortline Hyundai at Havana. They were courteous and very helpful. More

The manual is not always clear on what settings you should set at, and would ask that there might be a Hybrid seminar only be made available live or on line for this car. Saved me from certain tragedy I've been dealing with this team for almost 5 years and I'm not sure I would take my cars anywhere else! Paul has always found a way to make me feel I've been dealing with this team for almost 5 years and I'm not sure I would take my cars anywhere else! Paul has always found a way to make me feel like a top tier customer and super nice to work with. I appreciate his honesty and pleasant personality. He and Matt advised me last week of the issues with my 2007 Santa Fe, and how unsafe it would be to drive it. I appreciated their honesty more than they know. Matt apologized for 'scaring' me, but I welcomed his honesty on what could happen if a mishap occurred with my car if not addressed. Also, I owe Paul a 'Thank you!' for cutting me a break on the charges for diagnosing my car, as I know he knew the $4000+ estimate for the repairs my car needed, was hardship enough for me that day. I asked Paul for his recommendation on a car to trade in my Santa Fe for and explained what I thought might work for me. I ended up buying the Kona that he recommended, 3 days later, AND, my husband bought a Veloster. More
