Manipulative and Pushy Sales consultant was eager to make the sale and pushy. They said that I was getting a good deal. I feel that it was fair, but I would have gotten a similar one elsewhere as well. And would have preferred that they did not pressure me into the sale during the initial visit. Overall, I feel it was okay, and I got a poor financing deal. They argued that I was only able to take certain incentives if I financed through Hyundai. That may be the case, but from the incentives published online that appeared to be false. Or if they tried or valued their costumer they could have offered or tried better routes. One example of their pushiness was that the sales consultant forcefully urged me to write a review long before I left the store and purchased the car. This made my initial review incomplete and hence not reflective of my entire experience. They used the truth when it pleased them, undersold my trade-in, and should have been more straightforward about financing options Hyundai offers. More
