Horrible Customer Service!!! I made an appointment over two weeks ago to come in for an oil and filter change as well as have my window looked at because it stopped working after I made an appointment over two weeks ago to come in for an oil and filter change as well as have my window looked at because it stopped working after I brought it in to have the molding fixed on the door the last time. My two back windows also had the same issue. I asked for an appt at 11 and Paul told me he needed me to come in earlier so he said come drop the car off between 9 and 930. I dropped my car at 920 and he proceeds to rudely tell me my appt was for 9. I reminded him what I was told and then he had me sign the paperwork and I went to the waiting room to wait for my ride. My ride could not pick me up for about an hour and I proceeded to watch my car just stay in the parking lot and had not been moved by the time i left around 1030. Why did I need to bring it in so early when it just sat in the parking lot? I waited most of the day and had not received a call and it was about 3 pm. I called the dealership and they told me Paul was at lunch and would return my call. I waited until about 4 pm and I still had no call and the lady who answered said she will ensure Paul will call me. It was bout 430 by the time I received a call back to tell me that it is the contact piece on the window and it would be $185 dollars..No apology for why it took all day to call me back. They clearly had forgot it was in the parking lot it seems. So it is 7 hours later and now you are telling me the car is still not done???? I'm supposed to decide so they can quickly fix it. I said my car was perfectly working fine until I brought it in to have the molding fixed and now the window stopped working. Paul proceeded to be very rude to me and give me complete attitude and told me to talk to his service manager. I proceeded to talk to Gary who did not even apologize for the car being there 7 hours and said it happens. I told him my car is just past the warranty period as well and despite the two back windows having the same issue as well as the molding that had to be fixed on that same side he would not cover it. I believe Hyundai needs to take ownership as this is definitely a repetitive issue on the car and my car was fine until I had them fix the molding the last time. He took zero ownership and took no responsibility for the car being there seven hours. The most frustrating issue is that I waited all day and it hadn't been fixed and I was supposed to make this immediate decision at the end of the day when they already had my car for 7 hours. Gary would not acknowledge that my car had been there all day. I am a good customer. I was treated so rudely and have never received such horrible customer service like I received today. When I returned to pick up the car Paul did apologize for his attitude and rudeness only after I told him how horribly I had been treated and I didn't deserve that. I am in the market looking to purchase a 3rd car but I definitely will not be going to Arapahoe Hyundai. More

After considerable on-line research, our only dilemma was deciding on the color for our 2017 Sonata SE. John Francis was helpful in providing the time and "distance" my wife and I needed to discuss this choice together while we looked at the vehicles. We were glad not to feel "pressured" during our time with John Francis, or others we spoke with during our car buying experience at Arapahoe Hyundai. We also have received a couple of follow up phone calls from John Francis to see if we had any additional questions after our car purchase and an invitation to call at any time in the future if we do have any questions plus an offer for a free first time service/oil change. We certainly can recommend John Francis and Arapahoe Hyundai to others that might be considering a car purchase. More

Genesis 80 Lease For the last 20 years I leased Audi & Lexus vehicles. Those Dealerships were of much higher quality than Arapahoe Hyundai. The Arapahoe Hyundai/Genesis Sales Representative Leo Zumbek was an excellent person to deal with. Had it not been for him, I would have gone to another Genesis Dealership. He is very product knowledgeable, customer oriented, polite, follows thru on all questions and is very polite. Dealing with the Finance Representative and his incomplete paper work made me very angry and dissatisfied. The deal was done at the end of the Dealer's work day, & I felt pushed to "sign" everything. So many documents were not completed, I went ahead & signed them because I felt I could challenge the transaction in court or in Litigation if necessary. I did check over the car after dark in a not well lighted area. Driving it home, the windshield was streaked, & the wipers make the streaks worse. In my garage, I could see that the car was not "prepped" very well. After getting Lexus's & Audi's this was not a good experience. I called Leo Zumbek & he immediately set up a Service Appointment with the Service Manage, Paul Grace, who when he saw the car was embarrassed and angry that the car went out that way. When I got the car back from Service, everything was perfect. Leo Zumbek then spent a little more time with me answering a few of my questions. I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE GENESIS 80! I AM VERY PLEASED DEALING WITH LEO ZUMBEK. But this Dealership needs Genesis Quality Training on all fronts if they are to successfully compete with the other high end quality brands/ More
