The buying experience went well, when we said what we wanted Javion listened and found us exactly what we were looking for. I am still waiting on my copy of finance paperwork though. The incompetence of their service team was like nothing I've experienced. A damaged tire was rotated with their knowledge, without informing me, creating a safety issue. The atmosphere at Arapahoe Hyundai is completely different and very welcoming. When I first arrived at the dealership I was anxious, nervous, and unsure of what I wanted. Devin made sure all of my worries went away and got me into a vehicle I didn’t think I could have! By the time I left the dealership, I knew the ins and outs of my vehicle and knew how everything operated! It’s day three of having my vehicle and I’ve received multiple follow up emails and calls from Devin ensuring that I am satisfied with my vehicle and still trying to help! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car and if you are looking for a personable friendly experience go find Devin! More
