I went on to the lot thinking I wanted a Sonata, but after Diane spent time understanding me and my needs, it was a mutual decision that the Elantra would be a better choice. Since the day of purchase, Diane has called me several times to be sure that I am still pleased with my decision, and of course I have told her "Yes!" Her professionalism, casual demeanor and attention to my needs was the most incredible component of the entire transaction. I have told at least 5 to 6 friends to see her next time they are looking for a car purchase. She is superb and represents the dealership in an exemplary manner. In my opinion, the vehicle is very competitive with products twice its price; I drove a comparable Lexus. And you can't beat the Hyundai warranty. After going to several dealerships and being promised the world and only getting lip service, I bought a new Sonata from Arapahoe Hyundai. Sales staff (Patrick OConnor), Sales Manager and Finance Manager wer world and only getting lip service, I bought a new Sonata from Arapahoe Hyundai. Sales staff (Patrick OConnor), Sales Manager and Finance Manager were always respectful, courteous, and polite throughout the entire process. I kept waiting for the Dealership Tango to begin (Where the dealer says one thing and they break their word):). But it never happened! Patrick made me an offer I could not refuse and I jumped on it without any hesitation....We agreed on a price on a car and they kept their word on price, car, and finance rate...This is the first time that I went to a dealership to get information and I bought a car on the spot!......It was refreshing to deal with such a honest dealership. A side note: I went back to Arapahoe Hyundai a week later to get a couple of accessories installed and Patrick gave me a couple of coupons that ended up saving me a couple of hundred dollars. More

I was in the market for a solid used car for my family. I was not having the best luck finding a car that met my needs. I had been avoiding the area of town that it was located, because of how far it was from my home. I found a car online that was located there, and I finally decided to call them. I was put in touch with a sales person, Diane. I told her my situation, what I needed, and my concern for how far her dealership was from my house. Not only was she willing to work with me over the phone, she genuinely understood my frustration in the lack of service I was finding at other dealers. I was surprised at how eager she was to accomodate my needs. Not only in finding a suitable car, but making my experience with them as satisfying as possible. I was really impressed with her concern for my needs. She knew I didn't have transportation down to the area. When I told her I would have to take a very expensive cab ride down there, she even offered to pick me up from my home herself. I have never bought a new car, so my experience has always been with used car sales. My experience with Diane and everyone at Araphone Hyundai by far exceeded any other. They found a great car for me. I love the car, I love the experience I had, and I will definitely buy my next car from them! More

We were introduced to the service staff and then we signed the papers for the new cars and the financing of the cars. The finance department was very nice and answered all of our questions concerning the financing of the cars. We would definitely recommend anyone to Arapahoe Hyundai. My father and I came in to look at the competition for a Subaru. I was very desirous of an Outback but my father insisted on checking out a Hyundai. We went to the dealership and Steve came out to meet us p Subaru. I was very desirous of an Outback but my father insisted on checking out a Hyundai. We went to the dealership and Steve came out to meet us promptly. He was very friendly and was able to work with what we wanted in our car purchase. (These things could not have been said about the Subaru dealership.) We test drove a 2011 Santa Fe and were VERY impressed at the performance for cash value. I even told my father "I hate to admit it but I like this car." We got back and were in the midst of financing when we realized that it didn't have AWD. So instead of trying to sell us something we didn't want, Steve immediately showed us one of the Santa Fe's with AWD. We left the dealership in less than 90 minutes because he made the process go very smoothly. I have already recommended Arapaho Hyundai (specifically Steve) to a friend who's looking at buying a car.
