Service was great and deserves 5 stars but KIA as a company a negative if it was available. This is my second time bringing my car in for rotor issues after about 10k miles. The first time I had to j company a negative if it was available. This is my second time bringing my car in for rotor issues after about 10k miles. The first time I had to jump through hoops to get them to replace them and was told to bring it back if there's further issues, which I did. However, they denied my claim and wasted my time. There is a well documented problem with the crappy rotors they put on ALL their cars, yet they've refused to issue a recall or replace them with better rotors. I have a 2023 vehicle and rotors should not be going bad at this age! Even the tech, William acknowledge that there is a problem but said KIA is not going to take care of it. Obviously KIA is not concerned about the safety of their customers and their families. So I ended up having to go spend hundreds of dollars replacing them. Shame on KIA Corporation... More
